Astute Marketing Services Ltd only hold UK Business to Business data and the personal data we have collected is restricted to your name, your business email, your business address, your business phone number, and in some cases your business mobile phone number.

Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we will supply your data where we feel that we have established a Legitimate Interest in doing so and can also satisfy a balancing test of our rights as a data controller compared to your rights as a data subject. This will be considered on a case by case basis. Any third party processing the data will also need to repeat this process under GDPR framework.
